These are a couple of dishes I made and submitted to the Grow Your Own forum competition this week.  All home grown ingredients.

First, a potato and rocket salad:

And below, a potato and turnip fritter on broad beans, with courgette tempura at the back.  I think I got the presentation better with the salad though.
