… and make way for more beetroot.  Above is the last harvest of our Boltardy planting.  This went into the keftedes on the cooking and eating page.

In their place, we’re just going to plant some late ‘Action’ beetroot seeds, which apparently will do well at this time of year and should give another crop around the end of November if they’re well protected.
