This was shavings of courgette, deep fried in tempura batter. With spring onion sprinkled on top. Served with tomatoes and a russian salad. Picked up the Russian salad idea when in Spain, where it’s sold as a tapa. I wonder whether they sell a Spanish salad in Russia…
