Lifted a whole load of these from one of the raised beds this weekend.  They’re Rooster maincrop potatoes and have pink flesh with a cream interior.  They’re drying indoors at the moment, soon to go into a hessian bag for storing.  That green thing is a leaf, not a caterpillar thank goodness!
