Picked and shelled some delicious cannellini beans today.  Deliberately left them to go dry on the plant and, now they’re out of their pods, I’ll let them dry a bit more and then store them in  jar for use later in the year.

Meanwhile we’ve hung some medina chillies up to dry.  If they do so fully, they’ll be good for grinding up into chilli powder in  a pestle and mortar.
